yesterday,I had to take an urgent exam ,the task was to write something from memory.
it was a small test orginally by the staff to recruit part-time workers.
I took the exam by chance,I originally thought that I wouldn’t be qualified to take it, but somehow I was.
Anyway ,I must memorize a 500-word set of rules and regulations, which I will have to write them from memory in exam the next day.
Let’s talk about the results first:
I feel good about myself – I didn’t even think my memory could do that.
it’s a simple method:
Watch less time, watch more times.
or
shorter sessions,more repetitions
I think this principle is also easy to understand.
People’s attention spans are short (or maybe it’s just mine), so I shorten each viewing session to prevent my mind from wandering.By watching many times in short bursts, I can achieve repeated memorization.
I wouldn’t claim it applies to everything, but at least it worked well for my situation.
